HIGH EFFICIENCY HIGH POLYMER LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE USING PHASE SEPARATION PHENOMENON

PURPOSE: A high efficiency high polymer light emitting device is provided to prevent the dark spot and/or black spot from growing by inducing the phase separation using an insulation material. CONSTITUTION: A high efficiency high polymer light emitting device comprises a transparent insulation substrate(10). A transparent electrode(20) is formed on the transparent substrate(10). The transparent electrode(20) has a function of an anode for inducing holes. An upper electrode(40) is formed on the transparent substrate(10). The upper electrode(40) has a function of a cathode for inducing electrons. A high polymer light emitting layer(30) is interposed between the transparent electrode(20) and the upper electrode(40). The high polymer light emitting layer(30) consists of an insulation high polymer layer and a high polymer layer which are formed in a row through the phase separation.
