PURPOSE: An eye treatment apparatus, a recording medium for curing eyes, and an eye treatment system are provided to recover an amblyopia in high probability by mounting an electrode on the temple and dynamically performing an electric stimulus with a low frequency signal. CONSTITUTION: A low frequency signal generating unit(12) generates a low frequency signal in order to provide an electric stimulate on a ciliary muscle. An output control unit(13) repeatedly outputs the low frequency signal from an output mode decreasing an output level every predetermined time. At least one pair of electrode is mounted on the temple and is provided with the low frequency signal. The low frequency signal generating unit(12) is comprised of a microcomputer generating a digital signal by a low frequency cycle, an I/A converter converting the digital signal to an analogue signal, and a low pass filter extracting a sine wave signal of the low frequency cycle from the converted analog signal.
