PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a watertight and high pressurized compressive conductor is provided to maintain the watertight state at soft wires without attaching watertight compounds to the soft wires. CONSTITUTION: A soft wire conductor is fabricated by twisting a plurality of soft wires(1,1a,1b). A rope is filled at a center of the soft wires(1,1a,1b) and a plurality of coating layers are formed at edge portions of the soft wires(1,1a,1b). A watertight tape(15) is wound around a soft wire(1). When the wire passes through the first cage(14), a compress roller(16a) applies the pressure to the wire(1). Then, a watertight tape(15a) is wound around the soft wire(1a). When the wire(1a) passes through the second cage(17), a compress roller(16a) applies the pressure to the wire. Then, a watertight tape(15b) is wound around the soft wire(1b) which passes through the second cage(17). When the wire(1b) passes through the third cage(18), a compress roller(16b) applies the pressure to the wire(1b) thereby forming a soft wire conductor(19).
