PURPOSE: Stable dispersion liquid of metal pyrithione having an antibacterial activity is provided, which can maintain stable dispersion state by improving re-aggregation in low viscosity. CONSTITUTION: Stable dispersion liquid of metal pyrithione of formula (1) having 10-1000 cps of viscosity is characterized by comprising 1-15 parts by weight of anion resin based on 100 parts by weight of at least one kind of metal pyrithione selected from zinc pyrithione, copper pyrithione, magnesium pyrithione, barium pyrithione, strontium pyrithione. The anion resin is characterized by selecting from the group of polystyrenesulfonic acid alkali metal salt of formula (2), polyanethole sulfonic acid alkali metal salt of formula (3), polyformaldehyde-co-benzene sulfonic acid alkali metal salt of formula (4), polyformaldehyde-co-naphthalene sulfonic acid alkali metal salt of formula (5), polyesterterephthal sulfonic acid alkali metal salt of formula (6), polyamideterephthal sulfonic acid alkali metal salt of formula (7).
