PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the slackening of a bunched wire for efficient delivery work. SOLUTION: This device has a holder 1 rotatable around one axial center P, inserted into a hole in an annular bunched wire T to hold the bunched wire T. The holder 1 includes a plurality of movable members 14 in parallel to one axial center P, arranged in equal distribution on a cylindrical face and provided movably the radial direction, a plurality of thrusting members 15 respectively provided on the radial outer face sides of the plurality of movable members 14 and springing members 16 provided between each of the thrusting members 15 and each of the movable members 14 for springing and energizing the thrusting members 15 outwardly to the radial direction.
