PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging device free from interference and high in reliability by adding the two-axis alignment function with respect to an upper chucking part to chuck a loading body, and guiding a lower outer circumference of the loading body by four guide rollers. SOLUTION: This charging device absorbs the variance in shape of a loading body 3 to align the loading body by a two-axis alignment function 23 comprising two-axis tables 32, 33, an alignment hole 41 and an alignment bar 46 with respect to a shaft 5 of an upper chucking part 4, and a lower outer circumference of the loading body 3 without any interference with the inside of a loading body container while guiding the lower outer circumference by an X-Y positioning mechanism 10 having four vertically movable guide rollers 11-14.
