PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle cover simple in structure and low in cost. SOLUTION: A flexible thin-walled seat stock 2 is formed substantially rectangular, and formed in a substantially cylindrical shape with side edge parts 3, 3 of the rectangular sheet stock opposite to each other in a overlapping, abutting or closely arranged manner, a saddle pointed end insertion part 6 is formed on one end part 4 of this cylindrical sheet stock 2, and a fixing part 10 fixed to a back side of a saddle 8 is formed on the other end part 7, and the fixing part 10 is fixed to the reverse side of the saddle 8 in a condition where the saddle pointed end insertion part 6 is inserted in a saddle pointed end part 5. An upper surface part 11 of the saddle 8 is covered by a sheet stock 2. The thin-walled sheet stock 2 may be formed of a heat-bonding synthetic resin sheet and the saddle pointed end insertion part 6 may be heat- bonded.
