PURPOSE: A toilet stool automatic vinyl cover replacer is provided to use a toilet pleasantly, sanitarily and conveniently by exchanging vinyl cover automatically whenever users are changed and to prevent environmental pollution by using vinyl materials. CONSTITUTION: A toilet stool automatic vinyl cover replacer comprises the steps of pulling out a vinyl cover from a vinyl roll, covering a stool cover and fixing to a vinyl roll, wherein a motor of an internal attachment of a main body is operated for given hours by the operation of an infrared sensor and then a vinyl roll connected to a motor revolves simultaneously and the vinyl cover from a vinyl roll passes through a stool cover and finally is rolled up to a vinyl roll and the vinyl of a toilet stool cover is exchanged. When rolling up a vinyl cover to a vinyl roll, vinyl gets ripped by a blade and is rolled.
