PREPARATION PROCESS OF FLAME-RETARDANT POLYESTER

PURPOSE: A process for preparing a flame-retardant polyester is provided for achieving higher hydrolysis-resistance, UV stability and physical property and enhancing radiation workability by carrying out a copolymerization of phosphorus compound with TPA process. CONSTITUTION: A production process of a flame-retardant polyester is performed by TPA method. Particularly, the polyester is produced by introducing a phosphorus material of formula (II) as a flame-proofing agent and carrying out the polycondensation of at least one of dicarboxylate and/or its ester derivatives together with at least one of glycol and/or its ester derivatives. The phosphorus material is contained in an amount of 500-50,000ppm based on phosphorus atoms. Further, the polycondensation process comprises the addition of manganese phosphate efficient for an improvement of good UV stability.
