摘要 PURPOSE: A chassis frame for elevating rigidity of vehicle and method thereof elevates the rigidity of the frame of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A method for elevating the rigidity of a vehicle using a chassis frame comprises a target value predetermining step(S10), a load transmitting step(S20), an initial design calculating step(S30), a road surface vibration measuring step(S40), a design optimizing step(S50), a fatigue measuring step(S60) and a redesigning step(S70). A target value is set on the target value predetermining step(S10). A path through which a load generated on outside is transferred to every portion of the vehicle is found out on the load transmitting step(S20). An initial design is calculated according to the target value and the path on the initial design calculating step(S30). Vibrations generated on various road surfaces are measured by a vehicle body frame manufactured by the initial design on the road surface vibration measuring step(S40). An optimized vehicle structure is designed according to the values from the road surface vibration measuring step(S40) on the design optimizing step(S50). Fatigues of connecting portions of the vehicle are measured on the fatigue measuring step(S60). Finally, the frame is reconstructed according to all the results earned on the above steps, on the redesigning step(S70).
