PURPOSE: A seat belt tongue of a vehicle is provided to prevent inconvenience of a passenger when the passenger puts on the seat belt by providing a roll-bar at a seat belt tongue plate movable in a predetermined range and prevent a webbing from being released even though the webbing is loosen by being pulled and pressed by the roll-bar in case of collision. CONSTITUTION: A seat belt tongue of a vehicle includes a long hole(210) formed at a seat belt tongue plate, a roll-bar(300) provided longitudinally in the long hole and wound by a webbing(100) of the seat belt, a supporting pin(400) vertically perforating both end portions of the roll-bar and fixed on the long hole, and springs(500) respectively inserted on both end portions of the support pin, wherein the long hole is formed largely with a curvature part for inserting the cylindrical roll-bar inside, so that if the webbing is pulled by collision, the webbing is pressed by an end part of the long hole not to be released.
