PURPOSE: A data line sense amp circuit is provided to increase the operation speed of a sense amp by inputting and amplifying a voltage of a data line after operating and stabilizing the sense amp. CONSTITUTION: A data bus sense amp comprises a current mirror type sense amp(10) and a latched sense amp(20). A data line sense amp circuit amplifies a voltage of a data line after operating and stabilizing the current mirror type sense amp. The sense amp circuit comprises: a delay unit(30) delaying a sense amp enable signal operating the current mirror type sense amp; a switching unit(50) which switches data signal loaded in a data line and data bar line to an input voltage of the current mirror type sense amp after the sense amp enable signal is delayed for a constant time by the delay unit; and a precharge unit(60) precharging the input voltage of the current mirror type sense amp to the first power source voltage source in order to prevent the mis-operation of the sense amp for the time delayed by the delay unit.
