PURPOSE: A heat dispersion device for an adapter is provided so that reliability can be improved by easily dispersing heat generated in an inner portion and casing of the adapter. CONSTITUTION: Input/output terminals protruded from both sides of a casing(3) are connected to a printed circuit board fixed in the casing(3). A plurality of electronic components are connected to the upper portion of the printed circuit board. In a first heat dispersing unit, a radiating plate(8) is closely connected to the upper portions of the electronic components(6). In addition, in a second heat dispersing unit, an auxiliary radiating plate(10) is separately positioned from the upper portion of the radiating plate(8), and has its upper surface closely connected to the inner portion of the casing(3). Accordingly, the heat dispersion device is easily fabricated by individually installing the plurality of radiating plates, and reliability is improved by easily dispersing heat generated in the inner portion and casing of the adapter. Moreover, temperature deviation of the casing is minimized, and the temperature of the inner portion and surface of the casing is reduced at the same time.
