GUIDE TOOL OF SPAN YARN FOR LINKS AND LINKS TYPE CIRCULAR KNITTING MACHINERY

PURPOSE: A guide tool of span yarn for links and links type circular knitting machinery is developed to prevent the alteration of location or yarns not to be tangled by guiding yarns in order at desired intervals while interrupting cutting off of yarns by friction. CONSTITUTION: A span yarn guiding tool for links and links type circular knitting machinery comprises a body including knitting points (24) of a first yarn (18), span yarn (20) and a second yarn (22) introduced from a ceiling part at top side of the circular knitting machinery. The body is arranged crosswise to receive span yarns and comprises a cut groove to guide the span yarns, a rotation roller (36) and a first guide (32) and a second guide tubes (34) to pass the first and second yarns through and accept them. The first and second guide tubes are formed to have desired difference of length between the first and second tubes to maintain phase difference of the first and second yarns.
