PURPOSE: A bait which main ingredient is a sea mussel and a producing method are provided, which are economical due to the sea mussel which is cheap and can allure more fish than others. CONSTITUTION: The producing method for a bait which main ingredient is a sea mussel is comprised of: pulverizing the whole sea mussel which is quick-frozen; removing moisture after or before pulverizing; quick-freezing after putting the pulverized one into the mold; and packing after cutting the same into the suitable size.
