AUTOMATIC STERILIZER HAVING A SPEED-VARIABLE MULTISTAGE CONVEYOR USING ULTRAVIOLET RAYS

PURPOSE: An automatic sterilizer having a speed-variable multistage conveyor using ultraviolet rays is provided to enhance the sterilization effect of marine products such as Hizikia fusiformis and brown seaweed by extending sterilization time in the unit area and sterilizing the products uniformly in general. CONSTITUTION: The automatic sterilizer includes a multiple conveyor belt part(10) which is variable in speed and transfers marine products to the bottom, a plurality of ultraviolet sterilizing lamps(30) being installed at the base plane of each conveyor belt, a supporter(20) for fixing the changed position of marine products, a safety device for protecting a user from the ultraviolet rays when opening and shutting a door of the conveyor, a control device(40) and a material supply conveyor(50). The supporter at the end part of each conveyor belt is installed for evenly sterilizing marine products by turning the other side of marine products.
