CASSETTE DRIVING DEVICE USING ELECTRIC DOUBLE LAYER CAPACITOR

PURPOSE: A cassette driving device using an electric double layer capacitor is provided to drive the cassette by charging quickly a pseudo capacitor with a power supply unit when the power source of the cassette is all discharged. CONSTITUTION: In the cassette, a charging connector(10) is connected to an external condenser. An electric double layer capacitor(20) for performing charge/discharge operations is connected to the charging connector(10) in parallel. A reactance (L) is connected to the electric double layer capacitor(20) in series and stores current temporarily. A switching relay(60) is connected to the reactance (L) in parallel and performs a switching operation. When the switching relay(60) repeats on/off operations, the speed of the current discharged from the electric double layer capacitor(20) is controlled.
