PURPOSE: A brake system is provided to improve the braking safety by supplying a brake fluid through a supplementary brake when an oil pipe is damaged. CONSTITUTION: A brake system comprises: pressure detection sensors(20,21) and open solenoid valves(22,23) to be mounted on oil pipes(17, 18); supplementary hydraulic pipes(24, 25) to be mounted on wheel cylinders(15, 16); a control unit to be connected with the pressure detection sensor(20,21), the open solenoid valve(22,23), and an oil pumps(26,27); wherein if the damage of the fueling pipes is detected by the pressure detection sensors, the control unit closes selectively the open solenoid valve and to operate selectively the oil pump, so that the safe supply into the wheel cylinders is achieved.
