PURPOSE: A rectangular member structure for equipping a flap door for a bus and manufacturing method the same are provided to reduce the manufacturing process and to improve the beauties by replacing the equipment of a reinforcing plate with a welding nut contacted with the inner side of rectangular member. CONSTITUTION: A rectangular member structure for equipping a flap door comprises : a rectangular member to be installed perpendicularly to a side chassis and to form a penetrated hole and a welding nut; a reinforcing plate to be located on the side of the rectangular member and to include a tapping hole; a flap door(11) to open the tapping hole and a luggage room(R); a link member(13), whose both end are fixed between the bottom part of the flap door, to be pivoted and supported on the rectangular member.
