PURPOSE: A device for processing low speed circuit data and high speed packet data in an IS-2000 system is provided to use a network construction supporting an existing voice and data service under a 64Kbps to add a new SDU(Selector Distribution Unit) processing the high speed packet data, so as to reduce development personnel and a developing time and data system network developing costs. CONSTITUTION: A BTS(Base-station Transceiver Subsystem) interconnection network(BIN) of an ATM(Asynchronous Transfer Mode) manner supplies a communication path of each block in a BTS. A local LCIN(Local CDMA Interconnection Network) of an ATM manner is connected with the BIN, and supplies a communication path of each block in a BSC(Base Station Controller). A TSB(Transcoder Selection Unit) is connected with the LCIN, and processes a voice and circuit data under a 64Kbps. A selector distribution(SDU) is connected with the LCIN, and processes an image service over a 64Kbps, a PSDN(Packet Switched Data Network) service, and high speed packet data for an internet service. An MSC(Mobile Switching Center) is connected with the TSB, and performs a voice of an entire system and a data switch function. An ATM switch interlocks with another network for supplying a high-speed multi media service with another network, and interlocks with a PSDN via the MSC. The ATM switch interlocks with the PSDN or an internet network via an IWF(Inter Working Function)
