PURPOSE: A flat vibration motor is provided to maximize an eccentricity amount at a rotor by disposing a weight matter between winding coils and uniting the weight matter, the winding coils and a hard substrate by use of a resin. CONSTITUTION: A flat vibration motor comprises a rotor(100) which consists of a hard substrate(10), winding coils(20), a weight matter(30) and a forming matter(40). The winding coils(20) are spaced apart from each other and are disposed at both sides of the hard substrate(10). The weight matter(30) is disposed at a circumference part of the hard substrate(10) between the winding coils(20). The hard substrate(10), the winding coils(20) and the weight matter(30) are united by an insert injection with the forming matter(40).
