摘要 PURPOSE: A method for synthesizing carbon nanotubes in multi-step anodized alumina template is provided, to use the alumina template containing the carbon nanotubes as an electron emission point of an electron emission display device. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of pretreating aluminium; anodizing the pretreated aluminium in multi-step to form fine pores on the surface of aluminium; adding cobalt, nickel or iron into the fine pores and pyrolyzing nonmetallic compounds containing carbon and hydrogen, or pyrolyzing nonmetallic compounds containing carbon and hydrogen without the addition of cobalt, nickel or iron, to synthesize carbon nanotubes in the fine pores; and optionally etching or physically polishing the carbon layer on the surface of alumina template to remove it.
