PURPOSE: A system for measuring a moisture removal ratio of rice is provided to simplify the structure in a compact size for conveniently carrying out to provide the moisture removal ratio speedily and precisely. CONSTITUTION: A system for measuring a moisture removal ratio of rice includes a case(1) disposed with a moisture and weight measuring element(2), an impeller type rice huller(3), a sorter(5) vertically, and a cyclone type separator(4) at a side of the rice huller in connection, a lifter(6) disposed at a side of the other side of the rice huller for stopping a lifting hopper(5a) in the vicinity of an upper end sensor(s), an intermediate sensor(s') and a lower end sensor(s"), and a computer(8) disposed at a side of the sorter together with a printer, wherein data as to the moisture and weight of rice samples measured while sequentially falling down and the weight of unpolished rice are compared in the computer with input moisture removal ratio data to determine the moisture removal ratio of the rice samples.
