LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

摘要

PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is provided to prevent a size of a reticle from being increased by disposing an alignment key at a display region of each expose area. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display comprises a gate line(2) and a data line(6) which are intersected with each other. A thin film transistor(10) is provided at an intersection of the gate line and the data line and has a gate electrode(2a), a semiconductor layer(4) and source and drain electrodes(6a,6b). An alignment key(20) of a cross shape is disposed on the gate line(2).
