PURPOSE: Divider/combiner of optical wavelength having aligning waveguide and an aligning apparatus thereof are provided to operate alignment regardless of performing functions through arranging the aligning waveguide. CONSTITUTION: The first shaping combiner(202) distributes optical signals inputted from input waveguides(201). An optical waveguide array grate(203) waveguides the distributed optical signals for the waveguided optical signals to have different phases. The second shaping combiner(204) diffracts the optical signals for outputting interfering optical signals. Output waveguides(205) output the interfering optical signals. Aligning waveguides(250) waveguide the optical signals from the first shaping combiner regardless of wavelength.
