PURPOSE: A method for controlling starting of an electric vehicle during battery charging is provided to prevent various car accidents, and easily ascertain whether an electricity is given to a battery of an electric vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A driver selects a key contact point of a starting switch to operate an electric vehicle(S10). A controller analyzes a signal of a battery and determines whether the battery is charged(S20,S30). Because the driver doesn't contact with external interfaces for battery charging, if a signal of a battery charging condition detecting switch of the first interface detected in the battery is off, the controller starts an electric vehicle according to an on-signal of the starting switch(S50). If the external interfaces are contacted and the battery charging condition detecting switch of the first interface is in an on state, on the other hand, the battery converts a three-phase AC power inputted from the outside into a DC power, and applies a signal indicating that the battery is charged to the controller according to the on signal of the battery charging condition detecting switch. The controller(S30) judges that the battery is charged according to the signal and makes the electric vehicle not being driven by the driver even though there is the on signal of the starting switch(S40). |
