PURPOSE: A shaft sealing device of pump is provided to prevent fluid, flowing into a motor casing, from leaking to a motor by filling separate oil in the motor casing. CONSTITUTION: A motor casing(8), protecting and supporting a motor(1), is packed with oil to prevent fluid in a pump casing(6) from leaking to the motor due to a shaft sealing device(7) damaged by ageing of the shaft sealing device and pressure of fluid by rotation of an impeller(3) driven by the motor. The damage of the motor is prevented to extend life span of the motor. Efficiency of a high pressure pump is improved because the shaft sealing device does not have to be one for high pressure.
