METHOD FOR REMOVING ORGANIC IMPURITIES COATED ON KCL CONDUCTION AIDS

PURPOSE: A method for removing the organic impurities coated on KCl conduction aids is provided, with preventing the hardening of KCl. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of heating KCl with coated organic compounds at the temperature of 350-750 deg.C under oxidative atmosphere; dissolving the heat treated KCl in zinc electroplating solution; and filtering the zinc electroplating solution to remove impurities and using the solution as a zinc electroplating solution. Preferably the organic compounds which is coated on KCl is hydrogenated tallow alkylamine acetates:R-NH2-CH3-COOH, with the molecular weight of about 323, wherein R is an alkyl group.
