PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to improve permeability and to realize high aperture rate, by dying an organic insulating film so as for the organic insulating film to become a color filter. CONSTITUTION: The liquid crystal display device comprises a gate bus line(21) and a data bus line(25) which are arranged so as to be intersected. A thin film transistor is formed in the vicinity of an intersection of the gate and data lines(21,25). A pixel electrode(27) is formed at each unit pixel space. Dyed red, green and blue filter layers(26a,26b,26c) of a low dielectric constant are interposed between the pixel electrode(27) and the data bus line(25).
