PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically improve the heat-foaming resistant characteristics by laminating and integrating a resin layer wherein a methyl methacrylate based resin is made the major component, and an inorganic particle is not dispersed, on both surface of a resin layer wherein a light diffusing agent and an interfacial active agent are uniformly dispersed. SOLUTION: On both surfaces of a resin layer wherein a light diffusing agent in a range of 0.5 to 10 pts.wt. using an inorganic particle of calcium carbonate, barium sulfate, titanium oxide, aluminum hydroxide or the like, and a cationic surface active agent of an olefin based sulfuric ester such as an alkyl sulfonic acid, an alkyl benzene sulfonic acid, Li, An, Mg, Zn salts of them, or its metal salt or the like, are uniformly dispersed, a resin layer wherein 100 pts.wt. of a methacrylic acid based resin is made the major component, and the inorganic particle is not dispersed, is laminated and integrated. By this constitution, characteristics such as being hard to foam at the time of a hot forming, and also, being hard to whiten can be provided, and the heat- foaming resistant characteristics can be drastically improved.
