PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automotive front end which shows superior recycling and molding properties and outstanding economy, and is applicable to whatever complicated shape and further, can be optimally designated, in terms of strength, rigidity and the like, according to a spot where parts are mounted, with excellent strength per weight, rigidity and impact resistance. SOLUTION: This automotive front end 1 is formed of a fiber-contained thermoplastic resin whose fiber content is 1-70 wt.%, having 1-30 mm average fiber length and 0.2-1.0 g/cm3 average apparent density. The molding material contains fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin pellets with an overall length of 3-100 mm containing 20-90 wt.% of fibers which are equal in length to the overall length of the pellets and are arranged in rows and in parallel with each other, is melted and kneaded. Further, this mixture is injected or injection- compressed into the cavity of a molding die and expansion-molded by increasing the volume of the cavity.
