PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten an operation time by an improvement in a hit rate, while saving energy as well. SOLUTION: A double cylinder 27 is installed in an upper frame 5, wherein the cylinder 27 is constituted with a first piston 37 having a relatively large pressure working area, and a second piston 39 having a relatively small pressure working area in a way that the second piston 39 can be elevated individually or the first piston 37 and the second piston 39 can be elevated integrally. A sleeve like first striker 29 is installed at a bottom end part of a first piston rod 41 being connected with the first piston 37. A second striker 31 is installed at a bottom end part of a second piston rod 43 being installed to the second piston 39. The second striker 31 is made to be supported elevatably in a through hole 29h of the first striker 29.
