PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly control the viscosity of a high viscosity material, prevent the viscosity change caused by the change in the temperature of the high viscosity material, and suppress the variation in the delivery quantity of a dispenser, by delivering a prescribed amount of the high viscosity material in a barrel with a delivery device and keeping the temperature of the high viscosity material constant with a heating device. SOLUTION: A high viscosity material coating device 70 comprises a robot 71 which fixes a barrel fixing part 72 and control the position of a barrel C1, the barrel fixing part 72 having a heating device, a control device 73 which controls the temperature of the barrel fixing part 72, a thermocouple 74, and the like. The thermocouple 74 measures the temperature in the barrel fixing part 72, and the control device 73 performs the on-off control of the heating device in the barrel fixing part 72 through a cable 75 based on the measured result. As a result, the temperature of the high viscosity material in the barrel C1 is constantly controlled to prevent a viscosity change caused by the temperature change of the high viscosity material, suppressing the variation in the delivery quantity of a dispenser.
