PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a labour and a cost needed for exchanging an abraded punch and, improve safety as well in a tool for punching a hole on a work by reciprocating a punch. SOLUTION: A blade 7 is provided with a piston 5 which reciprocates within a cylinder 4 and, a punch 8 is fastened with the tip of the blade 7 by screwing-in. At the rear part of the punch 8, a large diameter part 8a is formed and slides on an inner surface of a guide element 9. At the front end part of the guide element 9, a stopper part 23, which is smaller in diameter than the large diameter part 8a of the punch 8, is formed. Since the punch 8 only can be exchanged, the exchange cost and labor accompanied by abrasion of the punch 8 can be reduced. Also, since the punch 8 does not jump out from the guide element 9 even if the blade 7 is broken, safety is high.
