PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pulverizer smoothly discharging a raw material to a pulverizing means. SOLUTION: In a pulverizer, a plurality of liner projection parts formed in a rotor slidingly come in contact with a plurality of liner edges 42 formed to a hole part 28 by rotation of the rotor in the hole part 28 of a housing, 30 a raw material such as chaff or the like is pulverized and discharged from a discharge opening 40. In this case, the edge 42 is formed in a linear state wherein it reaches a peripheral edge part of the discharge opening 40 and does not pass through the center of the discharge opening, an angle made by a central line leaching to one point on the edge 42 from a rotary center (a center of the discharge opening 40) and the edge 42, increases toward the discharge opening 40. Therefore, in the pulverizer, since an extrusion force acting on the chaff by rotation of the rotor is increased toward the discharge opening 40, the chaff compressed toward the discharge opening 40 can be smoothly discharged.
