PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable food paste to thinly, uniformly and quickly be spread in a crepe-manufacturing process. SOLUTION: This equipment has a turntable 4 installed through a cover member 3 having a built-in intermittently driving mechanism 6 on a benchboard 2 in such a way that the turntable intermittently is driven to unidirectionally rotate. Plural pallets 5 are installed on the turntable 4 in such a way that they rotatably are placed along the circumference around the center of the turntable 4 at equal spaces and the following set of processes is repeated plural times: mounting a sheet S roasted together with a tray T on the pallet 5; extruding cream on the sheet S; and spreading the cream so as to become thin and uniform. In both the cream-extruding process and the cream-spreading process, only pallets 5 are driven to rotate at high speed by an intermittently driving mechanism 7 independently of the rotational motion of the turntable 4.
