In the present invention there are disclosed aminoalkyl aminopyridine derivatives of the general formula I, in which general symbols have specific meaning. The invented derivatives represent substances exhibiting favorable activity when treating stomach and intestinal diseases and they can be therefore used for this purpose in the form of a pharmaceutical preparation that forms part of the present invention, too. In the present invention there are also described processes for preparing the aforementioned derivatives.
