The present invention relates to a transdermal therapeutic system (TTS) for testosterone or testosterone derivatives administration as an active substance, where the active component is present in the carrier in saturated state and between a reservoir and an adhesive layer there is formed a membrane that does not regulate release of the active component, because release of the active component is controlled by the adhesive layer. Further the invented transdermal therapeutic system does not contain any agent for increase of permeability.
