PURPOSE: A wooden door and a manufacturing method are provided to reduce production cost by reusing the residual MDF(Medium Density Fiber-wood) during manufacturing main board, and supply various designs and colors by bonding various film-pattern-papers. CONSTITUTION: A wooden door comprises; a main board(5) which is formed with a couple of composite wood, and forms the skin of a door, and divided into several districts by depressed grooves; numerous film-pattern-papers(8) which are bonded on the surface of the main board(5), and have different designs; and a tape for joint which is bonded along the length of the grooves. A manufacturing method for a wooden door comprises the steps of; preparing the main boards(5) as numerous main board parts(6); bonding different film-pattern-papers(8) onto the main board parts(6); and then bonding the main board parts(6) to the both sides of a core square-timber(10)
