PURPOSE: A voltage regulator is provided to be capable of outputting a constant voltage by use of a constant voltage integration circuit instead of a bimetal. CONSTITUTION: A voltage regulator comprises an input terminal(10), an output terminal(11) and a ground terminal(12) which are fixed to a printed circuit board(13). An electrolytic condenser(14), a tantalum condenser and a ceramic condenser(16) are arranged at a predetermined position of the circuit board(13) in parallel with a constant voltage integration circuit assembly(17), which receives 15V to output 10V.
