PURPOSE: A cam shaft cap for motor vehicle is provided to eliminate interference with respect to a cam cover by minimizing the volume of the cam shaft cap, and improve engine performance by reducing the weight of engine as a whole. CONSTITUTION: A cam shaft cap(30) arranged at the top of a cylinder head of automobile engine, comprises a stepped oil passage(32) formed from along the inner periphery of the cam shaft cap to outer peripheries of both insertion holes(12); an extended passage(34) arranged at the oil passage formed at outer peripheries of insertion holes, in such a manner that the extended passage is inclined at a predetermined angle from the line connecting the centers of both insertion holes; and a supply passage(42) penetrated from the passage of the cylinder head to the extended passage, in such a manner that the supply passage is inclined at a predetermined angle and communicated to the extended passage.
