PURPOSE: A rescue demanding device permits an automatic rescue demanding to a center when a vehicle is not equipped with an air bag or in case of a slight accident, according to a perceived collision value. CONSTITUTION: The collision detecting member(155) perceives the value of a vehicle according to a collision value applied from a collision perceiving sensor. The CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) processing member(110) operates a radio data communication with a rescue center in a CDMA manner. The navigation processing member(165) measures the present position of a vehicle receiving a GPS(Global Positioning System) satellite dispatching data and an autonomic navigation information. The memory member(120) stores a data regarding the information of a vehicle. The controlling member(115) transmits the present position informed by the navigation processing member(165) and the general information and the present situation information of a vehicle laid up in the memory member(120) to a rescue center through the CDMA processing member(110).
