PURPOSE: A sense amplifier is provided to increase an operation speed within a high voltage state and a low voltage state. CONSTITUTION: A sense amplifier includes the first amplifier(300), an equalizer(30), a second amplifier(400), the first output part(40), a second output part(70), a voltage generator(80) and a low-voltage output controller(90). The first amplifier(300) senses and amplifies input bit signals(b1b, b1). The equalizer(30) equalizes the output signals of the first amplifier(300) when an enable signal(pse1) for the first amplifier(300) is low state. The second amplifier(400) includes a high-voltage sense amplifier(60) and a low-voltage sense amplifier(50) to quickly sense and amplify the bit signals(b1b, b1) within a high voltage state and a low voltage state. The first output part(40) supplies outputs(sb2ob,sb2o) from the high-voltage sense amplifier(60) within a high voltage condition. The second output part(70) supplies outputs(sb2ob,sb2o) from the low-voltage sense amplifier(50) within a high voltage condition. The voltage generator(80) generates a state signal(Vg_out) of a supplying voltage. The low-voltage output controller(90) controls the low-voltage sense amplifier(50).
