PURPOSE: A structure of a surge tank of a suction machine for a vehicle is provided to make a perfect combustion possible by uniformly mixing engine gas generated from an engine into a mixer through a sleeve. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a surge tank of a suction machine for a vehicle includes a supply part(12) connected to a steam generating tube at an inlet part(11) of a surge tank(10), a sleeve forming a path wrapping the supply part at the inlet part. The sleeve is in the form of a ring shape of a prescribed width and has a plurality of back-flow prevention plates are radially disposed. The back-flow prevention plates has an inner side cut in a rectangular form and pressed and bent toward the central portion. The back-flow prevention plates are all four, which are formed at an angle of 90degrees.
