PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for a patient suffered from nose allergy such as pollinosis, which has a fibriform material for preventing an allergen from intruding from nostril membrane, for improving treating efficiency by processing absorbing property to the fibriform material or by filling allergen absorbing substance in the fibriform material. SOLUTION: A treating instrument 1 for use allergy such as pollinosis is formed to insert into a nostril and to absorb pollen, house dust, and allergen such as nitric oxide substance that cause nose allergy at the nostril. Since the treating instrument 1 comprises a section where fibriform material 2 is twined around and a core section 3, the allergen can be absorbed by a surface shape of the fibriform material 2 and by a structure shape twining a fiber. A hydrophilic artificial fiber and a natural fiber such as silk, cotton, and paper fiber are used as the fribriform material 2, and the allergen absorbing substance is filled in the material 2 as occasion demands.
