PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a handle so as to avoid becoming obstructive by always horizontally laying the handle with respect to the vertical direction of a slider by simple constitution. SOLUTION: A filamentary spring 20 is bent nearly in the shape of C to form a handle 2 provided with axis parts 21 and an operation part 22. The parts 21 are arranged on mutually parallel lines, namely in the state of passing by, a stop pawl 23 is bend-provided at the tip of one of the parts 21, a folded part 24 is provided in the neighborhood of the part 21, and a raised part 12 is provided on a trunk 1. A bearing 13 is provided at the front end of the part 12, a regulating part 14 for regulating the rotation of the handle 2 is provided at the rear end of the part 12, a slope part 15 opening in the shape of an inverse chevron is provided at its base part, and a housing part 16 and a pawl hole 17 are provided in connection with the part 15. Then, the part 13 and the part 16 are arranged in the state of passing by to pivotally support the parts 21 to rotate the part 24 within the part 15 to generate torsion stress so as to always horizontally lay the handle 2 on the trunk 1.
