PURPOSE: A cooling system of an air conditioner for a train is provided to improve cooling efficiency of an air conditioner and the condensing efficiency of a condenser by cooling the superheat of a condenser. CONSTITUTION: Respective condensers(2) are installed in a pair of compressors(1) and a dryer(3), a capillary tube(4) and an evaporator(5) are connected to the condensers via a coolant pipe. Among the condensers, a liquid separator(6) and a high/low pressure switch(7) is connected. A condenser motor(8) and a blower(9) with blower fans are installed in the condensers and the evaporator. In the evaporator, a drain fan is installed. Water tanks(11) are prepared in both portions of the drain fan and a water pump(12) is installed in the water tank. Condensate water is sprayed to the condenser via a spray unit(13) according to the signal of a water sensor and a manometer installed in the water tank. A solenoid valve is installed in the water tank and the solenoid valve is operated by the signal of the water sensor. If water of specific amount is sensed, water is sprayed automatically by the water pump. A flooding pipe(15) is installed in the water tank to drain overflowing water. |
