FEEDBACK CIRCUIT OF VOLTAGE CONTROL OSCILLATOR

PURPOSE: A feedback circuit of a voltage control oscillator is provided to eliminate a tantal for the noise elimination and reduce the stabilization time of the voltage control oscillator. CONSTITUTION: In a voltage control oscillator, an oscillation part(1) generates an oscillation frequency depending on the control voltage. A buffering part(2) amplifies and buffers the output frequency from the oscillation part to output the frequency. A phase synchronous loop(3) synchronizes the phase of the oscillation frequency to be feedbacked. A loop filter loop-filters the signal obtained from the phase synchronous loop to apply the signal as a control voltage to the oscillation part. A feedback part(5) is inserted between the oscillation part and the buffering part. The feedback part feedbacks an oscillation frequency output from the oscillation part to transfer the frequency to the phase synchronous loop.
