PURPOSE: A coupling for preventing a fluid leakage of a heat exchanger is provided to prevent a leakage of a refrigerant in case that a refrigerant hose or a refrigerant pipe is separated. CONSTITUTION: A coupling for preventing a fluid leakage of a heat exchanger includes a coupling(1) formed with a connecting part(3) to be coupled with a confronting coupling in a main body(2) to be connected with a confronting hose, a valve(4) opened and shut by a coupling force of the main body and elastically installed with a spring(7), a ring(5) for airtight and a gasket(6) for preventing leakage of the assembled parts, coupling nuts(8) installed in the outside of the main body; and a coupling(9) formed with a nut(11) fastened with a main body part(10) and the coupling, a valve guide(12) pushing the valve, a valve(14) elastically installed with a spring(13), an O-ring(15) installed in the valve and the main body part for preventing the leakage, and a gasket(16) between the valve and the valve guide, wherein the couplings are coupled with each other and a fixing ring is installed for preventing the relaxation of the coupling nuts.
