IMAGE SENSING MODULE

PURPOSE: An image sensing module is provided to make assembly easy and to miniaturize module by putting three functions of lens part, infrared blocking filter and cover glass into one plastic lens cover. CONSTITUTION: The image sensing module includes a package(210), many light receiving elements and a synthetic resin cover(230). The package(210) has 'U' shape. Many legs(215) extended downward from lower part of the package(210) and are connected to PCB are supplied. Many light receiving elements is supplied to internal lower part of the package(210) and sensing image light incident to internal lower part of the package(210). The synthetic resin cover(230) is inserted to internal side of the package(210). A non-spherical lens(240) which includes a first non-spherical surface(241) and a second non-spherical surface(242) is formed along direction of incident light in the synthetic resin cover(230). An infrared blocking filter is thin film-coated on the first or second non-spherical lens(241,242) for blocking infrared.
